Refund and cancellation policy

Requesting a refund

Sign in, open Payments & refunds, select the relevant payment, and submit a clear reason. Each request is recorded and reviewed before a provider refund is initiated.

How requests are reviewed

Eligibility depends on whether QA work has started, whether tester capacity has been allocated, whether working access was provided, and whether Buy Testers could deliver the purchased service. A request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Service-delivery guarantee

The guarantee applies only when the developer confirms that Play Console explicitly shows the app is subject to Google's published 12-testers-for-14-days closed-testing requirement. If Buy Testers-assigned capacity falls below the purchased coverage and we cannot restore it while preserving the required continuity, Buy Testers will arrange a replacement or a corrective retest or extension at no additional service fee.

This is a service-delivery remedy, not a promise of a cash refund and not a guarantee of production access. Google alone decides production access.

What the service guarantee does not cover

It does not cover apps that are not shown the relevant requirement in Play Console, Google policy or account decisions, rejected or unavailable builds, broken test access, developer changes or delays, outages outside Buy Testers' control, or Google asking for more testing after the service is delivered.

Report a suspected coverage failure through Support within seven calendar days of the cycle ending. Include the app, affected dates, and any available Play Console evidence so the delivery record can be reviewed.

Failed or duplicate payments

Report duplicate charges or a captured payment that did not create a submission through Support. Buy Testers will reconcile the provider record before taking action.

Processing time

Approved refunds are submitted to Razorpay. The time for funds to appear depends on the original payment method, the issuing bank, and the payment provider.
