Refund and cancellation policy
Buy Testers reviews refund requests against the payment record, submission status, access provided, and QA work already completed. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Requesting a refund
Sign in, open Payments & refunds, select the relevant payment, and submit a clear reason. Each request is recorded and reviewed before a provider refund is initiated.
How requests are reviewed
Eligibility depends on whether QA work has started, whether tester capacity has been allocated, whether working access was provided, and whether Buy Testers could deliver the purchased service. A request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Failed or duplicate payments
Report duplicate charges or a captured payment that did not create a submission through Support. Buy Testers will reconcile the provider record before taking action.
Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted to Razorpay. The time for funds to appear depends on the original payment method, the issuing bank, and the payment provider.
