This policy explains the information Buy Testers processes to operate managed Android QA, payments, support, and account security. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Information we process
We process account details, developer and tester profiles, app and closed-testing setup details, QA assignments, submitted evidence, support messages, notification preferences, and payment identifiers needed to provide the service.
Payments and service providers
Payment checkout is provided by Razorpay. Buy Testers records provider order, payment, refund, and settlement references but does not receive or store complete card details. Infrastructure and authentication providers process limited data on our behalf to operate the platform.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver and moderate QA work, verify payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, maintain audit records, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and requests
We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet payment and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect platform integrity. Use the authenticated Support area to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
